setting- the only way to go!
To
have any sense of getting someplace - you
need to know where you're starting from.
Goals are like maps that keep you on target.
They aid in resisting “self talk”
that convinces you there is no control in
life, and helps you get things done. Goals
define what is important in your life and
sets your priorities.
By
choosing to be in control, and practice
self-responsibility you can go anywhere.
When you set goals with intention, they
become magnets that attract that which you
need to create change. Magic? No, but when
you put down in words what you want to achieve,
you immediately start to create that vision.
Resources are all around you, and you will
attract them. When looking back several
months from now, you will see how far you
have really come! Say “Good-bye”
to being the victim!
To
assist you in reaching your goals, I will
be getting permission to be open with you,
and ask that you be honest with me, and
yourself. The following techniques will
be employed:

Assessing
readiness to change.
-
Use
of open ended questions.
-
Reflective
listening.
-
Offering
a variety of possible solutions- allowing
you to decide what is right.
I
believe that individuals have the innate
ability to choose health and wellness when
provided the support, encouragement and
direction. My role is to help you discover
what solutions works best for you - then
support that process.
The
initial coaching fees include an initial
1.5 hour assessment and will also include
the WELLNESS INVENTORY
on line personal assessment and three 30
minute follow up phone sessions after that
(every two weeks). Included is also any
information provided from me by e mail,
postal service or fax. For more information

If
we determine you are experiencing generalized
anxiety and stress (not requiring clinical
evaluation, therapy and/or medications)
I have an additional program which is available
and will be offered.
